Our Founder
Vikram Bajaj
Founder, Impact Beacon
Vikram Bajaj is a business leader with over 20 years of experience building strategies across sectors such as textiles, infrastructure, real estate, and education.
Alongside his corporate work, he has driven social initiatives through the RNB Family Office, working across education, healthcare, livelihoods, and animal welfare. This has given him a grounded understanding of how funding, governance, and community realities intersect in practice.
With academic training in international business, law, political science, public administration, and finance, Vikram brings the perspective of a strategist, regulator, and field practitioner.
Impact Beacon grew out of a pattern he observed repeatedly: nonprofits with strong missions weighed down by weak processes, ad-hoc governance, and constant firefighting. He founded the organization to bring clear systems, reliable numbers, and strong controls to the non-program side of nonprofit work, without losing trust and human connection.
To build an institution with a corporate brain and a nonprofit heart, he brought together seasoned leaders through the Impact Council to strengthen Impact Beacon’s solutions.
